The Consejo de Salubridad General runs the national hospital accreditation programme, and a number of larger hospitals also hold JCI. Many border dental clinics hold neither, which is not automatically disqualifying for routine work but does mean you are relying on the individual dentist's credentials rather than an institutional standard.
